An Introduction to Customer Service

A one day programme designed to enable staff to understand the value of excellent customer relations, the key elements of service provision, how to establish rapport with customers and the vital impact of repeat business on the success of the enterprise.

All personnel within the business who have, or who are likely to have, contact with potential customers will benefit from the course.

The aim of the course is to equip staff with the necessary skills to enable them to deal with customers in a friendly, courteous and informative manner, and to handle difficult situations successfully and with confidence.
