Interview Techniques Course

This course will enable participants to approach an interview fully prepared, with a clear understanding of the purpose of the interview and the confidence and technique necessary to conduct an interview in a professional manner

New and existing personnel staff, newly appointed managers and managers at any level who are required to carry out recruitment, appraisal and disciplinary interviews will benefit from this course.

The aim of the course is to demonstrate effective ways to plan and carry out interviews in a structured way, develop listening skills and questioning techniques and evaluate information to make valued judgements.
